About Wagner Industrial Electric

Wagner Industrial Electric was formed in May 2006 by merging the industrial electric divisions of two long-standing electrical contractors, Capital Electric Construction Company in Kansas City, Missouri and The Wagner-Smith Company in Dayton, Ohio. The combined strengths and geographically dispersed markets of these two well-respected companies allowed us to provide our customers a wide variety of services across the United States.

In January 2019, Wagner Industrial merged with ESI, Inc., bringing decades of experienced employees under one roof. As a division of ESI, Wagner benefits from increased collaboration and shared resources, supporting its mission of exceeding customers’ expectations.
