It is Wagner Industrial Electric’s policy and goal to provide a healthy environment and safe place of employment for all employees and to abide and enforce all applicable regulations as they pertain to our operation.
Safety team work is fostered and encouraged throughout Wagner Industrial Electric and includes our suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. The principle focus in our daily tasks is to do it safe and right the first time. We emphasize and encourage innovation, better methods, sensible procedures, and the proper use of tools and equipment.
WIE never allows safety and production to clash with each other. We allow them to over lap and blend together as one. Our management team members incorporate safety into their daily plan so the project never becomes hindered by unexpected safety issues or concerns. So, rather than saying “Safety First” we prefer to encourage safe-work practices through proper planning and training procedures.
WIE safety program and procedures are in place to keep our employees safe while continuously moving forward towards the completion of our given projects. Safety training such as NFPA-70E, Aerial lift, Confined Space and Excavation are in place to educate our employees to distinguish safe vs. unsafe, so our management team may correct an unsafe issue before an unplanned event takes place. It is more cost effective to plan an outage rather than have an unplanned work stoppage occur for any reason.
Wagner Industrial Electric team members strive daily to provide our customers with a good quality installation while maintaining an injury free work force. A safe job site is always a more productive job site.
